Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our site, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.

When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

We reserve the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites so as to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. We reserve the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.

They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

As noted above, our Website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. For information about viewing the cookies dropped on your device, please review the cookies Kajabi uses.

How is Consent Given?

By providing us with your personal information when you register as a Learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in any of our courses, you are deemed to have given implied consent for us to collect and use your personal information solely for the specific purposes for which it was provided. This includes processing your registration, completing transactions, and facilitating your participation in our courses.

However, by choosing to provide your information and not actively opting out where such an option is presented, you consent to our use of your personal information for those secondary purposes. Recorded Video Conferencing Software Disclaimer

We use third-party video conferencing software, such as Zoom, to facilitate the smooth delivery of our live Services. This software may require access to your device’s camera and microphone for participation. However, Learners retain full control over their camera and microphone settings and can enable or disable these features at any point during a Live Service.

To ensure transparency and respect for your privacy, we have implemented a recording consent protocol. When participating in Live Services that utilize third-party video conferencing software, such as Zoom, Learners will be notified if a recording begins or if they join a session that is already being recorded. At that time, Learners may choose to provide their consent by continuing to participate in the session or exit the session if they do not wish to be recorded.

We recognize the importance of your privacy and are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have regarding the recording of sessions or the handling of your personal information. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help!

How to Withdraw Consent?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to withdraw your consent. If you have previously opted in and would like to revoke your consent for us to contact you or for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information, you can do so at any time. To ensure that your preferences are respected, please contact us with your written request.

Payment

We use third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe and PayPal, to facilitate transactions related to our Services. These third-party processors handle your payment information with high levels of security, and all transactions are encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We only retain your purchase transaction data for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase.

All direct payment gateways used by these processors comply with the standards set forth by PCI-DSS, which is overseen by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative effort among major brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These standards ensure the secure handling of credit card and payment information by our site, related courses, and the service providers we utilize.

Please note that while we take reasonable steps to protect your payment information, we do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. The responsibility for safeguarding this sensitive data rests with the third-party payment processors we utilize. By using these payment gateways, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any security breaches or issues that arise from the use of third-party payment processors, including but not limited to unauthorized access, fraud, or data breaches that occur on their platforms.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party payment processors to understand how your payment information is handled by those providers. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
